Fans have calling out for Greenwood to start more matches, but Ole has been cautious with him and has used him mildly. Greenwood is clearly the most talented kid in the academy, he's naturally both-footed, can take set-pieces and he's versatile too, having the ability to play as a striker or a winger.
This season so far Greenwood has scored 12 goals and provided 4 assists, 17 goal contributions in total, which is highest in Europe's top 5 leagues. He's contributed directly to a goal in every 75 minutes, which is better than Jadon Sancho, who's played more and has a goal contribution in every 80 minutes and not even a teenager anymore.
Even he had a notable impact yesterday, coming off the bench against Spurs, he's muscle building has helped him get past defenders easily than before and a goal threat he is, came closing to getting the winner for Ole's men.
Indeed, we are very lucky to have a wonderkid in our midst and Ole should start him more often , especially on the right-wing compared to James against teams who defend deep. The time has arrived for Ole to unleash this young beast more often.
